Position Title: Certified Medication Assistant
Reports to: DON /RN Supervisor
Position Summary:
The Certified Medication Assistant is assigned to specifice clients by the Registered Nurse or other appropriate professional, performs personal care services with medication administration for clients as necessary to maintain the patients personal comfort and accurately report client responses to treatments under the direciton of a Registered Nurse.
Qualification:
- Successful completion of a formal certification training program and or written skills test and competency evaluation
